Time for some more monthly musings. Fourth month of the year gone already?!
Good – Spring Has Sprung!
I admit that I don’t like losing an hour of sleep, but I love the emergence of the sun. And even some nice warmth too. I’ve even had a few meals outside in the garden!
I’ve been making good training progress as well. Gains in some big lifts as well as my kettlebell training. I’ve also regained my stamina after being ill in February. Some interval sprints have helped with that. And what’s even weirder is that I’ve not even hated doing them 😉
Bad – Nothing!
Yay! It’s been a decent month. I like these. Can I have more, please?
Doing these monthly musings has been interesting as it is generally a good summation of how I feel the month has been depending on which section of this I can write first.
Meh – Time
Where is it going? I was thinking about plans we’ve already made for May, June, and July while driving to the gym recently. Then realised that none of those are two far away!
I won’t deny that sometimes I want the weekend to arrive quickly, but weeks disappearing out of training plans is quite scary.
